Extension documentation is available in the Manual section.

Documentation has only been completed for a few functions yet, most documentation pages will only list a functions name, signature and a one line summary. Please refer to the original Cairo manual for details on these functions. It should be good enough for now as all implemented functions try to mimic the C api functions as close as possible
